3/12大跌,币安现货交易市场10W BTC. 而多少SP 500一天的交易量是多少?
比特币归零、大涨都是再平常不过的事. 因为需要的资金量很少.
所以
- 一方面要持有比特币,能被趋势拉升
- 另一方面要有足够现金,价格被打下来. 能买
其实就是逢低建仓,不加杠杆,老老实实hold就可以了

团队的objective 应该由领导决定. 团队当然能自己定. 但是资源毕竟是有限的. 公司需要strategy & focus, 必须由领导决定. 当然本质上是一个相互迭代的过程

团队主要负责完成/执行 objectives. 但这并不是盲目执行命令. objective 实际上是目标, user problem & why. instead of a feature to build (even though may turn out that way) .

团队是否可以完成目标呢?所以前提条件是competent ppl. 并不是 10x, but competent.

领导需要定义可定义的key result (但对于非常不确定的业务,可能定义不了); 具体的值和时间,由团队决定,否则没有足够的ownership
